This looks like a picture Cas takes with the thing Dean gave him called a “camera”, and he takes a few accidental selfies before turning it round the right way, but he doesn’t know to turn on the flash and after many tries he finally takes a picture of the boys and this turns out to be the only one with their faces in it.
